Lulawe is an AI-powered storytelling platform that generates personalized stories and illustrations based on user-provided prompts, character descriptions, and preferences.
The Services may evolve over time, and features may be added, modified, suspended, or removed without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace any part of the Services at any time.
Intended Use
Lulawe is a storytelling platform for adults (18+) — parents, guardians, families, and educators — who create and read personalized stories to children. Children do not use Lulawe directly.
Account registration, subscription management, and all content creation are performed by adult users. Adults are responsible for reviewing generated content and deciding what is appropriate to share with a child.
By using Lulawe, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and are authorized to provide any information submitted to the Services.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that may pose a security, legal, or operational risk to Lulawe.
User Content
You are responsible for any content, information, or materials submitted through Lulawe.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, malicious, or otherwise violates applicable laws or these Terms.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information through character descriptions, story prompts, or any other inputs.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or may create legal, security, or operational risks.
AI-Generated Content
Lulawe uses artificial intelligence to generate stories and illustrations.
Generated content may contain inaccuracies, fictional information, mistakes, unexpected outputs, or content that does not fully align with user expectations.
Although Lulawe is designed to generate family-friendly content, artificial intelligence systems may occasionally produce inappropriate, inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended outputs.
Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing it with children.
Lulawe does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, suitability, or appropriateness of any generated content.
Use of Lulawe and its generated content is entirely at your own risk.
Ownership and Usage Rights
Subject to these Terms, users may use stories and illustrations generated for their account for personal use, including printing, sharing with family and friends, educational use, and non-commercial distribution.
Users retain ownership of content they submit to Lulawe.
All rights, title, and interest in the Lulawe platform, software, branding, trademarks, website, applications, designs, and infrastructure remain the exclusive property of Iderion s. r. o.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Lulawe platform or underlying technology.
Content Storage and Availability
Lulawe may store generated stories, illustrations, character descriptions, preferences, and related content to provide access across devices and improve the user experience.
We do not guarantee permanent storage of any content.
Users are responsible for maintaining backups of any content they consider important.
We may delete content associated with deleted accounts, inactive accounts, or content that violates these Terms.
Subscriptions
Certain features of Lulawe require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
You are responsible for managing and canceling subscriptions through the platform where the subscription was purchased.
Pricing may change in the future. Any changes will apply prospectively and in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements.
Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the policies of the payment platform through which the purchase was made.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Attempt unauthorized access to Lulawe systems
- Interfere with service operation
- Reverse engineer or copy the platform
- Circumvent security measures
- Upload malicious software or code
- Abuse, overload, or disrupt the Services
- Use Lulawe for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Use automated systems to access the Services in an unauthorized manner
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Lulawe at our sole discretion if:
- These Terms are violated
- Abuse is detected
- Security risks arise
- Legal obligations require action
- Continued access may harm the Services or other users
Upon termination, access to stored content may be removed without further notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Lulawe and all related Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iderion s. r. o. disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy
- Reliability
- Availability
- Security
- Uninterrupted operation
We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iderion s. r. o., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages of any kind arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, Lulawe.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Iderion s. r. o. arising out of or relating to Lulawe shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Lulawe during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Changes to the Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or remove any part of Lulawe at any time without liability.
We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature or functionality.

Updated Terms will be posted on our website and/or within the Services.
Continued use of Lulawe following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Slovakia.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iderion s. r. o. and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of Lulawe, your violation of these Terms, or any content you submit through the Services.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Iderion s. r. o. regarding your use of Lulawe and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations relating to the same subject matter.
