Story and Character Information
To provide personalized stories, we collect information you voluntarily submit — such as character names, descriptions, story prompts, and reading preferences — along with the stories and illustrations generated from them. Please do not include sensitive personal information such as addresses, school names, or medical details in story prompts or character descriptions.
Payment Information
If you purchase a subscription, payment processing is handled entirely by third-party providers depending on your platform (RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe). We do not store payment card information.
Usage and Analytics
We automatically collect certain technical information to operate and improve the Services, including device type, operating system, browser, application version, language and time zone settings, and usage statistics. We may use third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how users interact with Lulawe.

Artificial Intelligence Processing
Lulawe uses artificial intelligence to generate stories and illustrations. To provide this feature, prompts, character descriptions, and related inputs are transmitted to and processed by third-party AI providers to generate and improve the requested content.
Third-Party Service Providers
We share information with trusted third parties only to the extent necessary to operate the Services. These include:
- OpenAI — AI story and illustration generation
- Anthropic — AI story and illustration generation
- Google — authentication, app distribution, analytics, AI story and illustration generation
- Apple — authentication and app distribution
- RevenueCat / Stripe — subscription and payment management
- Cloudflare — hosting and infrastructure
We may also engage customer support, security, and monitoring providers where necessary.
Data Storage
Your information is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Generated stories, illustrations, character descriptions, and preferences are retained to provide access across your devices. We do not guarantee permanent storage of any content.
International Data Transfers
Because Lulawe is available internationally and relies on global service providers, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence. Where required by law, we take appropriate measures to protect personal information during such transfers.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When an account is deleted, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize associated data unless retention is required by law.

Account Deletion
You may delete your account through the Lulawe application or by contacting us at support@lulawe.com. Deleting your account may result in permanent deletion of associated stories, illustrations, preferences, and other content.
Children's Privacy
Lulawe is designed for adults (18+) — parents, guardians, and educators — who create and read personalized stories to children. Children do not use Lulawe directly and do not create accounts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. All information submitted through Lulawe is expected to be provided by an adult user, who is responsible for any information they include in story prompts or character descriptions.
Cookies
Lulawe uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.
Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
